The completion of the new building is now within reach. The final work is currently being carried out on the floors and walls in the office area. At the same time, planning for the interior design is in full swing.
The exterior façade has also almost received its finishing touches and is resplendent with large company emblems. In the container warehouse, the crane system is ready to be trained and the first containers will move from the current location to the new, fully automated container hall as early as next week.
But while the relocation of the containers is going smoothly, we are faced with the major challenge of coordinating our own move. The planning is complex and the order books are full. Despite these challenges, which we have often overcome with our customers, we are optimistic that we will be able to keep to our schedule and soon open a new chapter in our company's history in the new premises.

During this time, Julian has gained valuable experience in the removals sector and has distinguished himself through his reliability and commitment. He is now expanding his expertise by specialising in the exciting areas of organising the shipping, handling and storage of all kinds of goods during his training and is actively involved in the planning of our removals.

With the new building, Maier presents itself in a modern and appealing image. Our new corporate identity (CI) and the updated corporate design (CD) reflect the values and vision of our company. Harmonious colours, clear lines and innovative elements emphasise both tradition and progress.
This new image is an expression of our philosophy: quality, reliability and continuous development. It creates a strong, uniform brand identity that is visible in all areas - from the architecture of the new building to our communication media. Particularly noteworthy is our new advertising presence for Bodensee Storage, a brand of Möbelspedition Maier.
The shell of our new building on the spacious 6000 m² site was successfully completed in March, allowing the interior work to progress rapidly. At the same time, the courtyard area was created and the steel construction work began to take shape. All trades worked hand in hand to ensure that the Maier company was able to complete its move independently towards October.
The new location offers a wide range of possibilities and significant expansions. These include 179 storage containers and a modern self-storage facility, which offer both our customers and ourselves additional flexibility. A new, state-of-the-art administration office is also being built, which will offer our employees optimal working conditions and an inspiring working environment.
We are looking forward to feeling a breath of fresh air in our new premises and starting a successful future together with our employees and customers.
After two and a half years of refurbishment, another move is just around the corner: tonnes and lorries of files and furniture are making their way back from the castle to Marktstraße.
