For insurance reasons, it is unfortunately not possible for us to transport you together with your removal goods. It is best to clarify in advance with relatives or friends whether they can help you on the day of the move so that you can get from A to B on time.
For long-distance removals, we naturally make sure that you have enough time for your journey. Please contact us during the planning phase of your move to discuss your requirements so that we can coordinate the date accordingly.
We will of course try to plan the move so that you can stay overnight in your own home if possible. However, in some cases this is not possible, so you should organise alternative accommodation, such as a hotel, in good time.
If a no-stopping zone is required in order to park the removal van for loading or unloading, we will take care of applying for the relevant permit and erecting the no-stopping signs. We also obtain special permits for driving in pedestrian zones for our vehicle. Should it be necessary for you to take certain measures, such as informing the neighbours, we will inform you in good time and make a note of this in our offer.
